DevOps Engineer

Heron, Rainbird’s consulting partner, are recruiting an in-house development team which will be based within the Rainbird office.

About the role

As a DevOps Engineer at Heron AI you will face a varied range of exciting challenges across areas including Cloud Services, Scalability, Security, Optimisation and building world class solutions through the use of AI and much more.

Your experience, approach and solutions mean you are trusted as a technical authority; your contributions inspire fellow engineers and help drive continual improvement in DevOps best practice.

The Team supports Enterprise Clients in identifying their AI requirements by delivering best in class consultancy, which are then handed over to the development team to deliver bespoke solutions; from building complex Chatbot with NLP models, to developing Machine Learning models that are tested and validated with the client team and providing training and user support to Clients.

Manual Tester

Heron, Rainbird’s consulting partner, are recruiting an in-house development team which will be based within the Rainbird office.

About the role

A hands-on role as an Agile Tester in a technical environment that is self-motivated and exhibits initiative.

You will be working with a small team of developers across multiple projects. The role will involve working as part of a small development team. Testing related activities will include: developing and designing test plans, scenarios and acceptance criteria, production of test scripts and test execution as well as being involved in test coordination and management.

The Team supports Enterprise Clients in identifying their AI requirements by delivering best in class consultancy, which are then handed over to the development team to deliver bespoke solutions; from building complex Chatbot with NLP models, to developing Machine Learning models that are tested and validated with the client team and providing training and user support to Clients.

About the role

The ScrumMaster does everything possible to help the team perform at their highest level. This involves removing any impediments to progress, facilitating meetings, and working with the product owner and our consultants to make sure the product backlog is in good shape and ready for the next sprint. The ScrumMaster is a key point of contact between the Consulting and Delivery Teams.

This full stack role is within the Heron Delivery team, which is responsible for the design, innovation, development, quality assurance, and delivery of new AI solutions for clients. 

As a member of the delivery team you will be working to deliver cutting edge solutions to our clients, involving a variety of AI technologies and frameworks.

The Heron Delivery work in agile sprints led by a Scrum Master with a member of the Consulting team managing and guiding the features according to client requirements
