This role will be responsible for managing a team of Knowledge Consultants in delivering to our national and international clients. The team deliver best in class consultancy, training and project support to both our larger clients and our network of partners.
You will ensure this team meets the highest standards of client service, overseeing multiple live projects, including the delivery of Rainbird Centres of Excellence. You will be communicating with clients face-to-face as well as via webinar. You will have a friendly personality and excellent communication, documentation and project management skills and will be able to bring out the best in others.

Working in close collaboration with clients and partners is key, and the role has a very public side. We pride ourselves on ‘doing what we say’ and you will directly manage the delivery of positive business outcomes for our clients and partners, mainly realised through consultancy, training and accreditation around the Rainbird platform.

You will manage your time, balance your workload and make sure that your team deliver on time and to budget. You will have a logical approach to problem solving and be able to rapidly develop an understanding of new subject matter.
The role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
