Your privacy is important to us. The Rainbird Platform and website provides knowledge engineering as a software service (‘the Service’). RainBird Technologies Ltd (‘Rainbird’) is the owner and controller of the Rainbird Platform.

This Privacy and Cookies policy provides information about the personal information that Rainbird collects through the Rainbird Platform, and the ways in which Rainbird uses, collects and stores personal information.

What Information is collected?
Personally Identifiable Information: Personally identifiable information (“PII”) is information that identifies you or could reasonably be used to identify you personally (such as your real name, e-mail address and Users’ Internet Protocol (“IP”) address). If you are required to register, we may ask you to provide us with certain PII. Providing us with information about yourself is voluntary, and you can always choose not to provide certain information, but then you may not be able to take advantage of or participate in the Rainbird Platform.

Corporate Changes
Rainbird reserves the right to disclose, share and/or otherwise transfer user information, including without limitation PII, in connection with a corporate merger, acquisition, consolidation, the sale of substantially all of its assets, or other fundamental corporate change, whatever form it may take.

Transfer of Site
Without in any way limiting the rights Rainbird has reserved above in the event of a “Corporate Change”, Rainbird shall be entitled to transfer information it collects, including without limitation PII, to any third party that assumes, acquires or is otherwise authorised to take control over this website or apps, provided such third party has agreed to use your PII in accordance with protections that in all material respects are the same as or more protective than those set out in this Privacy Policy.

Aggregate Information
Rainbird may disclose non-identifying, aggregated user statistics to third parties for a variety of purposes, including describing Rainbird’s services to prospective partners and other third parties.

Please be aware that when you are navigating the Rainbird Platform, or viewing an e-mail or link to an outside page as a result of the information provided by the Rainbird Platform or other content provided by Rainbird, you may have the opportunity to click on links that take you outside Rainbird’s service to other websites or online content that are beyond Rainbird’s control. For example, you may encounter links from sponsors or partners, which may include Rainbird’s logo as part of a co-branding arrangement. If you “click” on the link to such a third party, the “click” takes you to a third party’s website or online content. Rainbird has no control over and is not responsible for the content of any third party sites to which you link. Rainbird Platform / Rainbird Data collection
The information that is collected at registration may be passed to third parties as deemed necessary for review and information purposes by Rainbird. Such information will only be used to show and demonstrate trends. By registering you agree to Rainbird using your information and passing this information on to third parties for monitoring purposes.

Rainbird will at its discretion notify you of general information / news which Rainbird considers may be of interest to users of the Rainbird Platform. By your use of the Rainbird Platform you consent to information being sent to you as a result of your registration to the Rainbird Platform.

If you do not wish this information do not use the Rainbird Platform.

Rainbird will not notify you if information is deleted from the Rainbird Platform, however it may chose to do at Rainbird’s sole discretion.

Your Choices
You may, of course, decline to submit Personally Identifiable Information through the Rainbird Platform, in which case the Rainbird Platform may not be able to provide certain services to you.

If you do not agree with our Privacy Policy or Terms of Use please contact and ask for your account to be deleted; your continued usage of the Rainbird Platform will signify your assent to and acceptance of our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

The Rainbird Platform is hosted in the European Union (‘EU’). If you are a user accessing the Rainbird Platform or Rainbird website Site and Service from the United States of American, Asia, or any other region with laws or regulations governing personal data collection, use, and disclosure, that differ from United Kingdom please be advised that through your continued use of the Rainbird Platform and Rainbird Service, which are governed by UK legislation in relation to data protection, this Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Use, you are transferring your personal information to the EU and you expressly consent to that transfer and consent to be governed by UK laws for these purposes.

Access to personal information
You have the right to request a copy of the personal information that we hold about you and to have any errors corrected. If you would like to make a request please write to us at the address below. It is important that you keep your registration information up to date this is your responsibility.

Please note we have the right to charge you a fee in accordance with UK legislation.

Our Commitment to Data Security
The Rainbird Platform uses reasonable and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information. Using unsecured wifi or other unprotected networks is not recommended. We cannot, however where you use such unprotected networks ensure or warrant the security of the Rainbird Platform and you do so at your own risk.

If Rainbird learns of a security systems breach, then we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. Rainbird may post a notice on the Rainbird Platform if a security breach occurs; Rainbird however is not obliged to do so.

Additional information
At times Rainbird may delete information where we become aware that it is inaccurate or we have received a complaint about the use of the information provided to you or your use of the Rainbird Platform. Rainbird will not notify you in this instance.
