What’s listed

The listing covers the full Rainbird platform, which turns regulations and policies into deterministic decisions. Every decision comes with an evidence tree showing how the conclusion was reached and which knowledge it rests on.

Rainbird also works as part of your agentic flow. On Gemini Enterprise, agents handle language, orchestration and user interaction. When a step in the workflow is a regulated decision, the agent calls Rainbird as a decision tool or sub-agent which responds with a deterministic answer and the evidence tree behind it for full traceability.

Teams in banking, insurance and financial services use Rainbird to codify policy and automate the decisions inside regulated processes.

Rainbird is ISO 27001 certified.

What changes for procurement

Bringing new software into a regulated enterprise usually means vendor onboarding, security questionnaires, legal review and new supplier approval. That can take months, and it often takes longer than the technical evaluation itself.

Buying through Google Cloud Marketplace uses commercial rails most Google Cloud customers already have in place. Billing flows through your existing Google Cloud account, so there’s no new supplier to set up and no separate contract cycle to run.

Google Cloud Marketplace purchases also count toward committed Google Cloud spend. Google Cloud’s published drawdown policy counts 100% of spend on eligible Google Cloud Marketplace solutions toward minimum commitment obligations. Your Google Cloud account team can confirm how your agreement treats third-party purchases.

What it means for regulated buyers

Solutions listed on Google Cloud Marketplace go through Google Cloud’s technical validation before listing. That doesn’t replace your own due diligence, but it gives risk and security teams a known starting point and puts the purchase through a channel your cloud team has already assessed.

Rainbird’s reasoning is deterministic. Given the same knowledge and inputs, it produces the same answer every time. Each decision can be traced back to the regulation or policy it came from. With a product built for audit and a purchase route your governance teams already trust, the internal case gets simpler at both ends.
