Policy lives in documents, but decisions happen in systems
Between the document and the decision sits interpretation. One person reads a paragraph and settles what it means today, while a different person settles it differently tomorrow, and the reasoning is not recorded. Multiply that across an estate of hundreds of policies written by different teams in different years and you get drift, disagreement, and inconsistent coverage.

Each policy becomes a graph, integrated into a federated estate, interpretable to AI agents.
Foundry reads a policy and drafts it as a knowledge graph: the entities, the conditions and the thresholds, laid out so a subject-matter expert can read every rule. Multiplied across the estate, the graphs join into one connected layer in which the same customer, the same product and the same obligation mean the same thing everywhere. At that point the estate itself becomes something you can interrogate: conflicts between policies, overlaps and gaps, with support for resolution.
When policies become computable, decisions stop being interpretations. Decision services, agents and applications draw on the same graphs at runtime, over API or MCP, and every policy answer arrives with an auditable evidence tree.
