What Google Cloud customers can procure

The listing provides access to the Rainbird AI Decision Automation platform.

Rainbird converts regulations, policies, procedures and human expertise into computable knowledge graphs. Its symbolic inference engine reasons over this knowledge deterministically, producing consistent outcomes with a complete audit trail.

Every outcome can be traced through the evidence and logic used to reach it, giving organisations a clear rationale that can be inspected, tested and defended.

Rainbird can also operate as a deterministic decisioning tool or sub-agent within solutions built on Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform. An AI agent can call Rainbird when an outcome must be accurate, consistent, explainable and auditable.

Organisations across banking, insurance and other regulated sectors use Rainbird to codify policy and automate high-stakes operational decisions.

Rainbird is ISO 27001 certified, supporting the information security and governance requirements of enterprise deployments.

A simpler route through procurement

Introducing new software into a regulated enterprise can involve supplier onboarding, security questionnaires, legal review, contracting and the creation of a new vendor record. These processes can take longer than the technical evaluation itself.

Buying through Google Cloud Marketplace can reduce this friction by using an established purchasing and billing channel.

Depending on your organisation’s policies and agreement with Google Cloud, purchasing Rainbird through Marketplace may reduce the need for separate supplier onboarding and contracting processes. Billing can also be managed through your existing Google Cloud account.

Qualifying purchases may count towards existing Google Cloud spend commitments, allowing some organisations to use budget already allocated to Google Cloud. Your Google Cloud account team can confirm eligibility under your agreement.

Built for decisions that must be defended

Products listed on Google Cloud Marketplace must meet Google’s Marketplace requirements, including product and technical reviews.

This does not replace an organisation’s own security, risk or procurement assessment. It does, however, provide risk, security and cloud teams with a recognised starting point and an established purchasing route.

For regulated buyers, the route to purchase matters alongside the technology itself.

Rainbird produces deterministic outcomes, meaning the same inputs return the same result. Each conclusion is supported by a traceable chain of reasoning linked to the relevant regulation, policy or institutional knowledge.

Combining audit-ready decision automation with an established cloud procurement channel can make both technical assessment and internal approval more straightforward.
