Johan is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in finance and commerce. His career journey includes notable roles at Acteon Group and BAT. His successful career spans across the UK, US, and India, where he has proven himself as a product and marketing leader. He holds an MBA from the prestigious Cranfield School of Management. Sabu’s diverse experience includes driving product and business strategy across start-ups, blue-chip companies, and local government.

A veteran CEO and Chairman, Wayne has a 40-year career building and operating high-growth technology and telecommunications companies backed by Private Equity and Public Markets.  Wayne’s experience is global, across the whole spectrum of the TMT Industry, and is combined with extensive M&A and deal experience.

American computer scientist known for inventing decision intelligence and transfer learning (ML), an entrepreneur, writer, knowledge graph evangelist, co-organiser of the Responsible AI/DI Summit, presenter of two TEDx talks, and has over 30 years of experience delivering applied AI solutions. Lorien has published over 60 academic papers.

Gilad supports the digital transformation of Pollen Street Capital’s private substantial equity portfolio. He was previously the Head of Fintech at Lloyds Banking Group and has performed CEO, CFO, and advisory board member roles in multiple fintechs.
