Rainbird gave a presentation, explaining how cognitive reasoning could transform how participants, volunteers and visitors might experience the next games.
Concepts included; solving complex attendee issues, enhancing the spectator experience by providing powerful insights and providing real-time coordination and instructions in the event of an emergency.
The session included a live demonstration of an AI-driven ticketing process that uses cognitive reasoning to design ticket packages to meet the interests and circumstances of visitors, while also making compelling ‘up-sell’ recommendations.
It was a highly collaborative and engaging session.
