This release will redirect all explicit requests for the v1 (legacy) engine to the v2 engine, prior to decommissioning v1.

In September 2021 we released the more performant v2 engine. Since then, all queries to Rainbird have been processed by this engine by default.  Only queries explicitly requesting use of the v1 engine via the API call would have been using the legacy engine. 

If you have not coded this, there is nothing for you to do and you will see no change.

Any queries that are redirected to v2 will provide the same result, but will benefit from an increase in speed over the v1 engine performance.
