In addition to 3 full days of face to face training, your team will have access to our suite of digital learning resources. Knowledge Authors can also be Rainbird certified by completing the Rainbird Certification Program:
- Foundation Certification – Knowledge Authors are introduced to the Rainbird graphical interface and in-line code editor and learn how to approach building knowledge maps.
- Professional Certification – we support Knowledge Authors in learning to create knowledge maps independently and introduce advanced functions and integration.
KAs will work with your SMEs through a series of workshops to understand the human decision-making process and identify the logic to be automated. KAs provide the necessary support to all project stakeholders in building the most suitable solution, capturing and documenting the subject matter, as well as scoping and prioritising project tasks.
Once the Knowledge Analysis stage is complete, the backlog is handed over to the Knowledge Engineering team to build the knowledge map in the Rainbird platform. During this process, your SMEs will become more familiar with the model and gain an understanding of how to perform follow-on knowledge engineering thanks to face-to-face training and weekly model demos.
Transition and ongoing support
At this stage, the knowledge map will be handed over to your SMEs, with ongoing support, including additional professional training to ensure a smooth transition to map ownership. We will support you during the integration and change management process to ensure the process is as seamless as possible.
